Rosewood Hotels & Resorts’ first standalone residential development in California will be Rosewood Residences Beverly Hills, a 17-unit luxury condominium complex. Developers Nahla Capital of New York and GPI Cos. of Brentwood have appointed Sally Forster Jones and Tomer Fridman of Compass to lead sales for the boutique condominium complex, to be located at 9900 Santa Monica Blvd.
Sales will officially launch this summer and the development will be completed in 2024.
“We are excited to be overseeing sales for what will truly be an iconic moment in luxury real estate,” Jones said in a statement.
“Nahla Capital and GPI Companies are thrilled to have Sally Forster Jones and Tomer Fridman of Compass join our team to lead sales, in partnership with Compass Development Marketing Group,” Genghis Hadi, co-founder and managing principal of Nahla Capital, said in a statement. “These one-of-a-kind homes, along with carefully curated amenities, will provide a compelling offering to buyers. Sally and Tomer’s insight, expertise and knowledge of the market will be extremely vital for this project as we get ready to launch sales later this year.”
Rosewood Residences Beverly Hills will feature exterior architecture and interiors designed by Juul-Hansen. MVE + Partners is serving as the executive architect.
The homes, which range in size from 3,000 to more 7,000 square feet, will have an array of amenities including private elevator access, large entry foyers, indoor and outdoor living areas, expansive chefs’ kitchens with double islands and mudroom/laundry rooms accessed by a service elevator. There will be private swimming pools in nearly half the residences. Additional al fresco features and amenities scattered across select residences include fully equipped outdoor kitchens, wet bars and firepits.
Property amenities will include a pool, whirlpool spa, fitness center and outdoor relaxation areas. Residents will also have access to a communal rooftop lounge and dining spaces for hosting gatherings.
